Central Park

Central Park in New York City is 843 acres of blessed grass, trees, flowers, lakes, rowboats, walking paths, restaurants, street vendors, bicycles, horse carriages, baby carriages, dogs and happy people grateful for the opportunity to escape the city’s concrete sidewalks and office buildings. Built in the mid 19th century with incredible foresight and civic devotion, the park is a must-visit location every time Shirley and I go to New York. Our last trip there was in May 2019. The only camera I took was a film camera, and I shot only black and white film. These photographs of the park don’t require captions or commentary, so just scroll down and enjoy a virtual walk in the park, the sights, the people and the black and white greenery.
